After placing your order, we will process and send your package to the corresponding courier service within 48 hours.


Replacements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Greece

Free shipping for every new order.
For every order, we offer the first replacement for free, in case your sandal is not the correct size.

  1. In case of replacement, email us at info@imsandals.com including your order number and mention which size or design you need.
  2. Send us with ELTA Courier and “charge on the receiver”:
    a. the sandals unworn and without any damage.
    b. the box as you received it
    c. the proof of purchase (receipt)
    (Attention: we receive packages from Greece only from ELTA Courier).
  3. After we receive and check the package we will send you the new pair.
    Attention: In case the package we receive does not meet the replacement prerequisites we will contact you to inform you why we cannot complete the replacement and send you back the package with charge on the receiver.

Other Countries

The replacement process costs 30€ for european destinations and 40€ for the rest of the world.

  1. In case of replacement, email us at info@imsandals.com including your order number and mention which size or design you need.
  2. Send us with DHL (inside the package you will find the return card from DHL. If it’s missing we will send it to you via email):
    a. the sandals unworn and without any damage
    b. the box as you received it
    c. the proof of purchase (receipt)
    (Attention: we receive packages only from DHL).
  3. After we receive and check the package we will send you the new pair.
    Attention: In case the package we receive does not meet the replacement prerequisites we will contact you to inform you why we cannot complete the replacement and send you back the package with charge on the receiver.

Returns

For every order, after receiving it, you have 14 days to return it.
Attention: after the 14 days we cannot accept any returns.

Greece

  1. Email us at info@imsandals.com including your order number and tell us why you need to return your order.
  2. Send us with ELTA Courier and “charge on the receiver”:
    a. the sandals unworn and without any damage
    b. the box as you received it
    c. the proof of purchase (receipt)
    (Attention: we receive packages from Greece only from ELTA Courier).
  3. After we receive and check the package we will refund your purchase.
    Attention: In case the package we receive does not meet the replacement prerequisites we will contact you to inform you why we cannot complete the replacement and send you back the package with charge on the receiver.

Other Countries

  1. Email us at info@imsandals.com including your order number and tell us why you need to return your order.
  2. Send us with DHL and shipping costs by the sender (inside the package you will find the return card from DHL. If it’s missing we will send it to you via email):
    a. the sandals unworn and without any damage
    b. the box as you received it
    c. the proof of purchase (receipt)
    (Attention: we receive packages only from DHL).
  3. After we receive and check the package we will refund your purchase.
